Spring chinook with miso glaze
Gai laan with sizzle
Sticky rice
Cucumber salad with toasted sesame seeds and nori
I thinned out some white miso with mirin and added a pinch of sugar and spread it on the flesh side of the salmon, roasted at 425℉.
