Dinner: Sunday, June 6, 2010

  • Spring chinook with miso glaze
  • Gai laan with sizzle
  • Sticky rice
  • Cucumber salad with toasted sesame seeds and nori
I thinned out some white miso with mirin and added a pinch of sugar and spread it on the flesh side of the salmon, roasted at 425℉.
